EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Pharmacist Grade-II (GGH Guntur)

1. 02 years Diploma in Pharmacy course after intermediate recognized by the Govt.of AP. (or)

2. Bachelor of Pharmacy (or)

3. Any other eligible equivalent qualification

must be regd. With AP Pharmacy Council with updated renewal.

Bio Medical Engineer

Graduation in Biomedical Engineering from a

Recognized University.

Physicist/Nuclear Physicist

Must posses first class in MSc Degree in Physics/Nuclear Physics of a recognized university and should produce certificate by the

BARC.

Radiological Physicist

1) Must have passed Masters Degree in Physics or Nuclear Physics from a recognized University in1st Class (And)

2) Must have passed one year P.G. Training Course in Hospital Physics and Radiological

Physics from Bhaba Atomic Research Center.

Radiation Safety Officer

(i) A basic degree in Science from a recognized University, with Physics as one of the main subject

(ii) A post graduate degree in Physics/ Radiological / Medical Physics from recognized University; and

(iii) An internship of minimum 12 months in a recognized well equipped radiation therapy department.

(iv) An approval from the competent authority to

function as Radiation Safety Officer.

Lab Attendant

Pass in SSC (or) its equivalent examination and Must posses a certificate of Certified Lab. Attendant Course any recognized institute (or) Intermediate (Medical Lab Assistant Vocational Course) offered by the Board of Intermediate

Education

Optometrist

Passed in Bachelor of Optometry from recognized

university.

Refractionist

Candidate must possess Diploma in Optometry / Refractionist course from any recognized institution and should be registered in AP Paramedical Board and should be valid on the

date of notification.

Physiotherapist

Must possess a requisite degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized University and should be registered in AP Paramedical Board and valid as

on the date of notification.

Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist certificate from institute

recognized by Dental council of India.

Lady Health Visitor

(a) 12th standard pass from a recognized Board

(b) Diploma (two years)in Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife with two years experience in the field of Auxiliary Nursing in minimum fifty bedded hospital,

MPHA(Female)

a) Must have passed SSC or equivalent Examination / intermediate pass with any group.

b) Must have passed EITHER 18/24 months MPHA(F) course conducted in the State (recognized by AP Nursing & Midwives Council) OR Two Years Intermediate Vocational Multi Purpose Health Worker (Female) Course and have completed one year Clinical Training in selected Government Hospital in which intermediate (Vocational MPHVWV(F)) students have been permitted to undergo clinical training.

c) Must be registered in AP Auxiliary Nurse and Midwifery and Health Visitors Council.

d) Must be registered in A.P. Para Medical Board in respect of candidates who have passed Intermediate Vocational Multi Purpose Health Worker (F) Course. NOTE: B.Sc(Nursing), General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) and any other qualifications other than the notified qualifications are not

eligible.

Mortury Mechanic

Must have passed Xth class and ITI (Special Knowledge of the working of Refrigerating Plant) recognized by the Govt.AP

Audiometry Technician

Passed Intermediate (10+2) and Diploma in Audiometry Technician course. Must be

Registered in AP Paramedical Board.

Speech Therapist

I. Must posses a degree of B.Sc in any recognized University (and)

2. Diploma in Speech Therapy of Certificate in

speech Therapy in any recognized university.

ECG Technician (GGH Guntur)

I. Must have passed intermediate examination (and)

II. Diploma in ECG Technician

III. Must have undergone training in ECG for a period of not less than 6 months in a Government Hospital or any institute of reputed

organization.

Cardiology Technician

1 .B.Sc Degree from a Recognized University with

2 years Diploma in Cardiovascular Technology (CVIT) (or) Electrocardiography from a Recognized Institution (or) B.Sc in Cardiovascular Technology from a Recognized Institution.

2.Must have APPMB Registration of qualification

Cath Lab Technician

12th standard pass from a intermediate Board and 2 years Diploma in Cath Lab Technician and

Must have APPMB Registration of qualification

Perfusionist

12th standard pass from a intermediate Board and 2 years Diploma in Perfusion Technician and

Must have APPMB Registration of qualification

Radiographer

Intermediate with one year Certified Radiography

Asst. Course (CRA) Recognized by the Govt. of AP.

Dark Room Assistant

Certificate of having successfully completed the training course for DRA in recognized institution provided that preference shall be given to the candidates who have passed the CRA

Examination.

MRI Technician

Must posses MRI Technician course from recognized institution and should be registered in

APPMB and valid as on the date of notification.

Dialysis Technician

12th standard pass from a recognized Board and

Data Entry Operator

SELECTION PROCESS & SERVICE WEIGHTAGE:

The application fees should be paid by the way of Demand Draft only from SBI and UNION Banks in favour of Superintendent, HDS, Government General Hospital, Guntur payable at Guntur

Age:-

1. OC candidate should not have completed 42 years as on 01.12.2021 (Should not have been born before 01.12.1979).

2. SC/ST/BC Candidates should not have completed 47 years as on 01.12.2021. (Should not have born before 01.12.1974).

3. Ex-Servicemen and PHC Candidates should not have completed 50 years as on 01.12.2021 (Should not have born before 01.12.1971).

Reservation: Rule of Reservation will apply as per AP State Govt. Rules in force.

Selection Process: Purely on Merit and follow the Rule of Reservation.

CONDITIONS ON APPOINTMENT:

The candidate selected and appointed on contract basis shall not be regarded as a member of the service in which the post to which he/she appointed is included and shall not be entitled by reason only of such appointment, to any preferential right to any other appointment in that or any other service. The department or the person may revoke the contractual appointment or discontinue the contract by giving one month notice in writing on the either side. This contract would automatically cease to operate on lapse of contract period and both parties will be discharged of their respective obligations and liabilities without any formal or informal communication.

Other service Conditions:

1. All the recruited candidates shall maintain benefited Head Quarters.

2. Department reserves the right to transfer to the contractual employees to any other station due to exigencies of work or administrative reasons.

3. Disciplinary control in accordance with provisions APCS (CCA) Rules, 1991.

4. All recruited candidates on contract basis shall execute an agreement on a non judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- with two witness and submit the same to the appointing authority concerned at the time of reporting for duty, agreeing to the terms and conditions of the contract.

DEBARMENT:

1. Candidates should make sure of their eligibility to the post applied for and that the declaration made by them in the format of the application regarding their eligibility in all respects. Any candidate furnishing incorrect information or making false declaration regarding his/her eligibility at any stage or suppressing any information is liable to be debarred from recruitment conducted by the department and summarily rejection of their candidature for this recruitment and future recruitments.

2. The department is vested with conducting the recruitment and selection as per rules duly maintaining utmost secrecy and confidentiality in this process and any attempt by any one causing or likely to cause breach of this duty in such manner or by such action as to violate or likely to violate the fair practice followed and the ensured by the department will be sufficient cause for rendering such questionable means as ground for debarment.

DEPARMENT’s DECISION IS FINAL:-

The decision of the department/District Selection Committee pertaining to the application and its acceptance or rejection, as the case may be, and conduct of the counseling and at all consequent stages culminating in the selection or otherwise of any candidate shall be final in all respects and binding on all concerned under the powers vested with it. The department/DSC also reverse its right and modify and regarding terms and conditions laid down in notification for conducting the various stages up to selection duly intimating details thereof to all concerned as warranted by any unforeseen circumstances arising during the course of this process.

Guidelines and Instructions for filling up of application:

The filled in application should be submitted through Register Post with Ack. Due duly enclosing the following certificates from 01.12.2021 to 15.12.2021 by 5 PM. The application without signature of the applicant or without any of the following enclosures will be summarily rejected.

1	S.S.C. or Equivalent examination Marks Memo.
2	Intermediate or 10+2 examination Marks Memo.
3	Qualifying Examination Pass Certificate.
4	Marks memos of all the years (qualifying examination)
5	Registration and Renewal certificates of respective councils.
6	Internship Certificate if any applicable.
7	Latest Caste certificate issued by the Tahsildar/MRO Concerned.
8	Latest EWS certificate issued by the Village Secretariat/Ward Secretariat Concerned.
9	Study certificate for the years from 4th class to 10th class. In case of Private Study residence certificate from the Tahsildar/MRO concerned for the above period (4th to 10th Class Study period)
10	PH Certificate (SADAREM CERTIFICAE) in respect of candidates Claiming reservation under PH Quota.
11	Sports certificate in respect of candidates claiming under sports quota
12	Relevant Certificate in respect of candidates claiming Ex Service man Quota
13	1 Photograph duly pasted on the application from with Self attestation.
14	Copy of Appointment Order and Service Certificate for in service candidates who are working on contract service with Government under Medical and Health Depart., should produce service certificate from concerned officer duly counter signed by the concerned HOD.
