Age Relaxation for OC Community
Candidates who are covered under EWS CONCESSION FOR 05 Years as per the
GOMSNO.104 GAD Dated 23-09-2021 Applications are invited from the qualified
candidates for the above said posts,. Age relaxation for upper age limit to
those candidates belongs to SC/ST/BC are ‘5’ years and ‘3’ years for Ex-Service
men/women and 10 years for Physically Challenged Persons up to a maximum for 52
years. The maximum age will be reckoned as on 01.09-2021.

NATIONAL URBAN HEALTH MISSION,
EAST GODAVARI DISTRICT
1. Applications are
invited from the eligible candidates for filling up the MEDICAL OFFICERS POSTS
IN YSR URBAN CLINICS IN EAST GODAVARI DISTRICT ON contract Basis District
Programme Management National Health Mission and various Health facilities in
the East Godavari District in offline mode for a period of one year.

b. MBBS Pass Certificate
c. Internship Certificate
d. AP Medical Counsel Permanent Registration Certificate
e. Caste Certificate issued by the Tahisldar
f. Study Certificate from 4th to 10th Class.
g. Physically handicapped certificate.
h. PG/Diploma of concerned specialty certificate
i. Concerned specialty marks Memo
j. Concerned specialty AP Medical Council Permanent Registration
certificate.
k. Concerned
specialty AP Medical Council Renewal certificate in force..
l Service certificate
should be issued by the controlling officer.

Appointment order must be enclose Calculation of marks:

Medical Officer:Calculation of marks should be considered as 75% of eligible
qualification and 10% from the date of passing and 15 % Govt Services of
acquiring qualifications including Covid duty.
4. Selection will be based on the merit cum roster as perrulesin
force.
5. Recruitment process will be conducted by the District Selection
Committee.
6. Recruitment is on contract basis and initially for period of
one year.
